Party members may not be able to take on a second job, but they do get the opportunity to rise through the political ranks.

Party members are paid on a commission basis, depending on how many enemies of the State they report to the correct moderator. Diligent work will be rewarded with a second paycheck to supplement the money from the farm, and, from there, the sky's the limit.

If you recieve enough promotions, you can become a Supreme High Moderator. No, really.

No. It means you cant get a second job in that one is automatically filled with being in the Party.

Actually, the moderator jobs are really just the last few jobs in this chain, so you can continue being a prole.
